Regional HR Analyst

To manage the end-to-end operational delivery of Japan and APAC employee benefits and leave administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily administration of Japan employee benefits, including social insurance enrollments, dependent changes, life events, and retirement-related programs
• Oversee Japan leave administration, including statutory and company leave policies
• Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate salary treatment during leave periods
• Ensure compliance with Japan labour laws, social insurance, and leave regulations
• Liaise with vendors, HR teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain service levels
• Handle employee queries and escalations professionally through case management systems
• Maintain SOPs, reporting, audits, and support continuous process improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Operations, or related discipline
• Experience with Japan's employment laws on benefits and leave administration including Japan social insurance and statutory leave frameworks
• Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, payroll processes, and external vendors
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Japanese language is required to support and communicate with Japanese-speaking employees' queries.
