Job Scope

Lead end-to-end analysis, design, and implementation of HRIS enhancements, integrations, and new functionalities
Support large-scale HRIS implementation, including system migrations, upgrades, and integrations with payroll, benefits, and compliance platforms.
Develop, interpret, and present complex HRIS reports and analytics to support workforce planning, compensation, and strategic HR initiatives.
Provide expert-level support, training, and documentation for HRIS users across HR, payroll, risk, and compliance teams.
Drive data conversion and ensure the highest standards of data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with industry regulations.

Job Requirement:

Min Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
Strong Workday experience (implementation and/or integration exposure preferred)
Proven track record in HRIS rollout and payroll integration projects (With support from vendors)
Prior experience from banking and finance industries is an added advantage
