Job Responsibilities
Internship Portfolio Management- Assist and support in recruiting, onboarding, and managing interns across various departments.
- Maintain and update internship records, agreements, and evaluation reports and all other reports pertaining to Internship.
- Support as the 2nd point of contact for all interns from pre-onboarding to onboarding
- Participate and support in internship pipelining strategies and projects
- Support the planning and execution of recruitment events, including career fairs, campus outreach, and networking sessions.
- Manage logistics, such as venue arrangements, event materials, and vendor coordination.
- Assist with event marketing, including preparing promotional materials and managing digital platforms.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internship programs and recruitment events.
- Analyze and present data to evaluate the success of programs and events
Job Requirements
Education & Certification- Currently pursuing a diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration related field is required.
- No experience required as training will be provided
- Passion for Culture: Demonstrated interest in the arts, culture, and lifestyle sectors, with a keen understanding of the cultural landscape.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage diverse audiences.
- Initiative and Creativity: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and bring creative solutions to challenges.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
