Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Human Resources Executive to join our team. In this role, you will support a wide range of HR functions with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and HR project and digitalisation initiatives.You will play a key role in supporting HR policies, ensuring compliance, and driving operational excellence.
About the Role:
Recruitment- Manage end-to-end recruitment for part-time, and relief/adjunct teachers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
- Post job advertisements, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offer and onboarding processes.
- Register relief teachers with MOE and maintain a pool of qualified candidates.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding for all new part-timers and relief/adjunct teachers, including documentation, system updates, and coordination with internal teams.
- Handle offboarding procedures such as final settlements, exit documentation, and clearance.
- Administer employee benefits including medical, dental and leave entitlements
- Manage claims and submissions for government-paid leave schemes and fundings.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Assist in monthly payroll processing, CPF/MSO submissions, and year-end tax reporting (IR8A).
- Prepare payroll reports and support audits and payroll-related enquiries.
- Coordinate contract renewals, re-employment schemes, and retirement processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Assist in the execution of key HR exercises such as annual declarations etc.
- Ensure compliance to local labour and manpower regulations
- Contribute to digitalisation and system enhancements.
- Support in continuous improvement efforts and tech-driven HR solutions.
- Undertake any ad-hoc project assigned by the manager or senior leaders
- Generate reports and manage HR statistics including headcount, organisation charts, and workforce data.
Personal Competencies, Experiences, and Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years in human resource role with experience in payroll processing and HR systems
- Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices
- Good team player with a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated to get tasks done.
- Possess problem solving skills and strong organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and comfortable handling confidential information.
