Logistics Coordinator

Location: Keppel Distripark

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with customers, freight forwarders, and hauliers via email and phone to coordinate shipment activities.
• Coordinate, arrange and monitor the daily job scope and workflow for cargo and container movements.
• Create and update new job entries using Excel and system.
• Receive, check, and handle cargo arriving at the warehouse.
• Ensure cargo handling and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support the operations team with general coordination of warehouse activities.
• Other ad hoc duties/projects as assign by immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experiences in logistics/Supply Chain.
• Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
• Good communication skills for coordinating with customers and logistics partners.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Required to lift, move, and carry heavy items.
• Singaporeans only (no work pass quota for foreign candidate).
