Job Summary
Support pre-distribution and supply chain operations to ensure accurate and timely delivery of pharmaceutical products for clinical trials. This role involves coordination of order processing, shipment documentation, and system updates within a regulated environment.
Job Responsibilities- Process and manage orders using internal systems
- Maintain shipment logs, including tracking, scheduling, and status updates
- Prepare shipping documentation such as invoices, airway bills, and import permits
- Coordinate shipment arrangements and follow up on pending deliveries
- Perform system updates, troubleshooting, and data maintenance
- Support clinical trial set-up and operational workflows
- Maintain accurate documentation, checklists, and records
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and support ad-hoc tasks
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Life Sciences, or related field
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or pharmaceutical environment preferred
