Our client is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join their team!

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a dynamic team in a luxury home furnishings and accessories company. You will be responsible for managing logistics operations, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound processing, and coordinating with internal and external parties.

Other Information:

Working Day: 5 days
Working Hour: 8am-530pm
Salary Range: $2,500-$3,000
Working Location: 50 Gul Ave (Company transport provided)

What you'll be doing?

Manage Inbound/Outbound Processing: Handle the loading/unloading of containers, receiving/checking of stocks, and picking/packing of stocks.
Coordinate Delivery Arrangements: Ensure timely delivery of goods and arrange for delivery as needed.
Communicate with Internal and External Parties: Maintain timely communication and follow up with internal and external parties on logistics matters.
Utilize SAP System: Use the SAP system for logistics operations.
Prepare Logistics Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate logistics documentations.
Perform Ad-hoc Duties: Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor.

Who are they looking for?

Advantageous: Possess a valid forklift license to handle loading/unloading of containers is an advantageous but not a must.
Experience: At least 1 year of working experience as Logistics Coordinator.
