Contact Centre Agent - 1 Year Contract

Working days & hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am-6pm

Working location: Nearest MRT Chinatown

Responsibilities:

Attending to inbounds calls from members of public
Provide satisfactory explanations to MOP and provide remedial action where necessary
Ad hoc duties pertaining to the call center

Job Requirements:

Able to converse with mandarin speaking callers
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to handle difficult interactions in a professional manner

Job Qualifications:

Must possess O-Level/Higher NITEC/A-Level/Diploma/Degree
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Contact Centre, customer support and customer service functions
