Contact Centre Agent - 1 Year Contract

Working days & hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am-6pm

Working location: Nearest MRT Chinatown

Responsibilities:

  • Attending to inbounds calls from members of public
  • Provide satisfactory explanations to MOP and provide remedial action where necessary
  • Ad hoc duties pertaining to the call center

Job Requirements:

  • Able to converse with mandarin speaking callers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to handle difficult interactions in a professional manner

Job Qualifications:

  • Must possess O-Level/Higher NITEC/A-Level/Diploma/Degree
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Contact Centre, customer support and customer service functions
