About the role

Kaizen Management Consultancy Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team based in the Central Region. This is a full-time position that will provide key administrative support to our growing business.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing
  1. Providing general administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
  2. Organising and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
  3. Assisting with travel arrangements and coordination
  4. Performing data entry and other administrative tasks as required
  5. Supporting the team with project management and coordination
  6. Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  7. Contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment
What we're looking for
  1. At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  3. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  5. A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
  6. The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
