As a Human Resources Executive, we rely on you to:
- Handle employee's enquiries
- Ability to build and promote employee engagement activities
- Coordinates meeting with respective stakeholders
- Handles administrative including filing, reports, insurance and time and attendance
- Coordinates Recruitment and Selections
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a passion for people
- Preferably has a professional Certificate in Human Resources
- Preferably possesses relevant experience in Human Resources
- Has good communication and people management skills
- Has strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Has a solid understanding of human resources processes and procedures
- Enjoys interacting with people
- Is a critical thinker and a problem solver
- Able to communicate priorities and drives departmental goals and results
