- Opening and closing of the restaurant.
- Recruiting, induction and mentoring new staff members.

- Resolving customer's questions and grievances in a professional manner.
- Conducting payroll activities in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensuring that the restaurant adheres to pertinent health and safety regulations.
