Assistant Manager, Group Sourcing

Location: Singapore (regional exposure to Malaysia)

Role Summary

We are hiring an Assistant Manager to support group-wide sourcing system integration, data standardisation, and reporting across the One Aged Care Group.

This role focuses on systems, data, and execution, supporting the Assistant Director in driving sourcing integration and governance across Singapore and Malaysia.

• Support integration of sourcing systems, workflows, and master data across Group entities.
• Maintain and standardise:
• Supplier master data
• Goods descriptions and UOM
• Approval hierarchy in sourcing systems
• Prepare reports, Excel analysis, and presentation materials for management.
• Support Malaysia operations in improving sourcing controls and visibility.
• Work closely with Finance, IT, and Operations on system-related sourcing matters.

• High visibility and regional exposure.
• Healthcare industry, with emerging growth in 5 years business.

• A mature AM who can operate with minimal hand-holding.
• 5–7 years’ experience in procurement, finance, or operations roles with system exposure.
• Prior involvement in ERP or procurement system implementation is highly preferred.
• Someone comfortable owning workstreams, not just executing instructions.
• Able to partner closely with the Assistant Director while providing systems, data, and analytical strength to the team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Excel capability is required; ability to handle ad-hoc data requests independently.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in environments with evolving processes.
• Experience in healthcare, eldercare, or services industries is a plus, but not mandatory.
