Assistant Manager, Quality and Procurement

The Assistant Manager – Quality and Procurement is responsible for supporting the operational excellence of clinic services through efficient procurement, compliance monitoring, dentist engagement, and quality assurance. This role works closely with the Head of Quality and Procurement to ensure clinic operations run smoothly, regulatory standards are met, and service quality is upheld.

1. Procurement Support

1. Assist with ordering clinic consumables and materials.

1. Licensing & Contract Renewals

1. Manage renewals/documentation for clinic contracts (e.g., Singtel, broadband, licenses).

1. Regulatory and Compliance

1. Ensure accurate and timely submission of Medisave and CHAS claims.
2. Ensure all clinics are audit-ready and compliant with applicable regulatory body.
3. Ensure full compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and audit requirements across clinics.

1. Dentist Engagement & Roster Support (for Dentists Only)

1. Help communicate operational updates to dentists.
2. Support scheduling and clinic coverage coordination.
3. Provide operational support as required.

1. Support complaint management and call centre oversight
