HR Admin or IT Support Executive (Govt Sector / West)

Job details:

• Location: Bukit Gombak, Hillview & Depot Road (Deployed to 1 location)
• Salary: $2,500 - $3,200
• Up to 1 month Performance Bonus
• 18 Days Annual Leave
• Duration: Contract until Jan 2029 (Extendable)
• Working hrs: Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Hours might be staggered subjected to team lead)

• Provide HR administrative and corporate support services
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding
• Process employee claims, grants, and training/course applications
• Update employee personal particulars
• Administer employee leave and claims
• Support promotion, demotion, and awards processes
• Handle gift valuation and welfare grant management
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Provide end-to-end IT troubleshooting and monitor service levels of internal and external IT partners
• Ensure processes and data meet service quality, customer satisfaction, audit, and governance standards
• Maintain service records, dashboards, and reporting data
• Manage IT assets, including laptops and storage tracking
• Coordinate stock take, maintenance, and replenishment of asset pool
• Manage IT tokens/cards, including issuance, collection, and disposal
• Administer IT accounts with service partners in line with security policies
• Support IT onboarding, provisioning, and new hire orientation
• Support IT projects and system rollouts
• Facilitate IT access approvals and configuration changes per security policies
• Guide users on IT policies, processes, and device/account responsibilities
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
