IT Support Executive

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on IT Support Executive to manage and support the company’s IT systems, provide technical assistance to users, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities：- Provide first-level and second-level IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot system, network, and application problems in a timely manner
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and system security
- Support internal systems, cloud platforms, and business applications
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT maintenance and support services
- Monitor system performance and ensure minimal downtime
- Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and user guides
- Assist in IT projects, system upgrades, and implementation
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 1–2 years of relevant IT support experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of:
- Windows OS, Microsoft 365
- Networking (LAN/WAN, routers, firewalls)
- Hardware troubleshooting
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
