Regional Sales Manager (Semiconductor Equipment)
- Location : Gambas Cres (Sembawang MRT -9-minute walking distance)
- Working hours : 5 days – Monday to Friday
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : $7000 + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow sales revenue for Company's SEA customers in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the semiconductor industry.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budget planning periodically.
- Source and purchase equipment and accessories from suppliers when required.
- Support and supervise Sales Engineers / Sales Executives in achieving sales targets.
- Attend product training and technical updates for new and existing products.
- Ensure compliance with ISO9001 procedures and company quality standards.
- Maintain customer contract documentation and communication records.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and service feedback for continuous improvement.
- Prepare periodic reports and updates for regional HQ and management.
- Willing to travel extensively across Southeast Asia.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in semiconductor equipment or industrial products.
- Strong key account management and business development experience.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients who communicate only in Mandarin
- Willing to be assigned Overseas for a 2–3-year period
