About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our presence across key target sectors in Southeast Asia. In this leadership role, you will oversee a team of four Sales Managers, driving revenue growth across our warehousing and final mile transportation solutions.

With a focus on the Technology, Aerospace, and Industrial sectors, you will leverage your deep industry knowledge to develop winning sales strategies, build high-value client relationships, and strengthen our position as a market leader in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of four Sales Managers, setting clear targets and fostering a high-performance sales culture
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a regional sales strategy focused on the Technology, Aerospace, and Industrial sectors to drive revenue and market share
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the region, with a focus on complex warehousing and final mile solutions
  • Key Account Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with regional key accounts and strategic partners
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
  • Collaboration: Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless, high-quality service delivery
  • Reporting: Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior leadership

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a regional leadership role managing a team
  • Industry Focus: Proven experience selling warehousing and final mile transportation solutions, specifically within the Technology, Aerospace, or Industrial sectors
  • Regional Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Southeast Asian business landscape and logistics market
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team across multiple markets
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
  • Other: Willingness to travel regionally as required; must possess own vehicle and a valid driver's license
