About the role
We are looking for a responsible and hands-on HR & Admin Executive / HR Generalist to support our company's daily HR and administrative operations. The candidate will assist in handling recruitment, onboarding, work pass matters, attendance, payroll support, staff records, worker administration, and general office administration.This role is suitable for someone who is organised, careful with documents, able to follow up on matters properly, and comfortable working in a fast-paced SME environment.
Key responsibilities- Handle daily HR and administrative operations
- Assist with recruitment, job postings, interview arrangements, and candidate follow-up
- Prepare employment letters, HR documents, staff records, and onboarding documents
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding matters
- Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records
- Assist with work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and MOM-related matters
- Track staff attendance, leave, overtime, MC, and related records
- Support payroll preparation by checking attendance, OT, allowances, deductions, and staff records
- Coordinate worker-related matters, including dormitory, uniforms, training records, and staff welfare matters
- Maintain proper filing of HR, admin, and company documents
- Minimum Diploma / Higher Nitec / LCCI / equivalent qualification
- At least 2–4 years of relevant HR/admin experience
- Experience in HR operations, payroll support, recruitment, and work pass matters preferred
- Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and basic office software
- Responsible, organised, and careful with documents
- Able to maintain confidentiality when handling staff and company information
- Able to follow up on pending matters and complete tasks properly
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Able to communicate in English; Mandarin is an advantage for worker/supplier communication
