Pasir Ris - Executive / Manager, Operations (Facilities)

As part of the Campus Operations team at Lifelong Learning Singapore Pte. Ltd. (LLSG), you will play a key role in managing building operations. We are seeking candidates with relevant skills and experience in the following areas:

• Ensure all aspects of building safety and functionality of facilities including running routine safety inspections, corresponding with contractors, planning maintenance work, maintaining records and data and to upkeep of building assets.
• Liaise with LLSG’s facilities management team and related contractors to ensure the building and facilities are well-maintained and issues are resolved in good time.
• Support and assist sustainability management, digital facility and smart infrastructure solutions, including Building Management Systems (BMS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), digital dashboards, and predictive analytics for data-driven decision-making.
• Assist in Space Management involving Projects/Capacity Planning to implement layout adjustments, space repurposing, and consolidation strategies to improve space efficiency to free up marketable space to maximize rental income.
• Monitor and optimise energy consumption through tracking and efficiency analysis to drive continuous improvement.
• Assist in handling Pay-Per-Use facilities and tenancy management related administrative work.
• Obtain budgetary quotations, assist in preparation of all administrative works, including meeting materials.

• Diploma in Facilities Management or a related discipline.
• Able to balance technical skills and creative aptitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Good analytical thinking, writing skills, oral communications and presentation skills.
• Good written and verbal communication abilities.
• Resourceful and committed, able to work collaboratively and demonstrates strong interpersonal skills.
• A team player and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.

This is a 6-month contract role.
