Job Objective/s

Lead and manage the end-to-end customer order fulfillment process, ensuring complete, accurate, and on-time delivery while driving operational visibility and system improvements.

This role also serves as a key driver in the deployment and adoption of Salesforce for sales

operations across the company.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Customer Fulfillment Leadership
  • Own full lifecycle from order intake to shipment, ensuring 100% OTIF performance and compliance with customer documentation requirements.
  • Lead and coach the Order Fulfilment Executive to execute daily shipment operations and customer coordination.
  1. Cross-Functional Orchestration
  • Collaborate with Planning, Production, QA, Logistics, Sales and Engineering teams to align fulfilment execution with production readiness and customer expectations.
  • Act as a central point of accountability for customer order issues and resolution.
  1. Salesforce Rollout & System Adoption
  • Serve as business process owner for Salesforce-related workflows (from opportunity to order management).
  • Partner with the Digital Systems team to define requirements, test process flows, and support user training.
  1. Documentation & Compliance Governance
  • Ensure shipment documents (e.g., invoices, COO, export forms) are complete, timely, and compliant with all internal and external requirements.
  • Build SOPs for consistent order execution and document control.
  1. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track KPIs such as OTIF, backlog aging, shipment accuracy, and Salesforce user adoption.
  • Produce weekly and monthly performance dashboards for internal management review.
  1. Process Improvement & Scalability
  • Identify bottlenecks or error trends and lead continuous improvement projects to enhance fulfilment speed, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare fulfilment process to scale with business volume and complexity (e.g. multiple CMs, global customers).

Qualification Guidelines

Minimum Education

MSc or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business

Minimum Experience
  1. 8 years of experience in sales operations, supply chain fulfilment, or customer service execution
Specific Knowledge / Skills
  • Demonstrated leadership capability leading projects or cross-functional coordination.
  • Strong system orientation – prior involvement in ERP/CRM deployment (Salesforce preferred)
  • Excellent attention to detail, customer mindset and ability to operate under time pressure
