Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage assigned market segments and drive revenue growth for the hotel.
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to maximize business opportunities and hotel revenue.
Maintain and grow existing accounts while sourcing new business opportunities.
Conduct sales calls, client visits, site inspections, and follow up on business enquiries.
Prepare sales proposals, marketing correspondence, and monthly sales reports.
Monitor account production and support yearly contract negotiations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by Management.
Handle guest feedback and ensure proper service recovery.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
A team player with a positive and professional attitude.
