A well-established medical aesthetics group in Singapore is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to lead outlet sales performance, manage high-value client consultations, and drive consistent revenue growth.

On-Target Earnings

Base salary ranges between $5,000 – $10,000 depending on experience.

High performers typically achieve $15,000 – $25,000+ monthly income through base salary, commissions, and team incentives.

Role Overview

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving outlet sales performance, managing client consultations, and leading the sales team to achieve strong revenue targets.

You will play a key role in building client trust, improving team performance, and ensuring the outlet consistently achieves its sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize treatment and package sales.

Monitor individual consultant performance and coach team members to improve conversion rates.

Client Consultation & Closing

Conduct professional consultations with clients to understand their concerns and recommend suitable treatment programmes.

Confidently present and close high-value aesthetic treatment packages.

Build long-term client relationships through strong follow-up and after-sales engagement.

Team Management

Mentor and guide consultants to improve consultation quality and sales performance.

Create a high-performance environment that motivates the team to achieve strong results.

Support recruitment and training of new consultants when required.

Customer Experience

Ensure clients receive professional consultation and a premium service experience.

Handle customer escalations and service recovery professionally.

Maintain strong customer retention and referral rates.

Operational Oversight

Ensure smooth day-to-day outlet operations including appointment management, client documentation, and treatment coordination.

Work closely with management to implement sales campaigns and operational improvements.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in aesthetics, beauty, or wellness industries

Proven track record in high-ticket sales and achieving strong revenue targets

Experience leading or mentoring a sales team is highly preferred

Strong consultation, negotiation, and closing skills

Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking clients

Professional appearance with strong interpersonal skills

Working Hours

Monday – Friday

10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Saturday

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary $5,000 – $10,000

High commission structure up to 30%
