Purchasing cum Administrative Assistant - Toa Payoh

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise and follow up with suppliers/forwarders for on-time delivery
  • Assist with sourcing and selecting suppliers at the best costs, qualities, and services
  • Assist with negotiation and planning of delivery schedule in all purchasing matters
  • Caculate food cost
  • Purchase office supplies
  • Data Entry, Filing and manager inventory level.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

  • 5 days week (Mon to Fri / 9am to 6pm)
  • Bilingual in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese speaking managers)
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
  • Min/preferred years of working experience: 1 year
  • Willing to learn and able to work in fast
  • Outgoing personality, Strong in coordination pace environment
  • Independent and able to multi-task
  • Good Team Player
