A education industry is looking for a 12 month Office Manager/Receptionist.
Your new role
Venue Management- Check in and welcome alumni to the space
- Maintain a simple coffee machine - ready it by 9am for alumni to self-help, and wash milk frother at the end of each work day
- Perform proper handover and takeover of the space with event organisers
- Ensure event organisers abide by the terms of use of the space, including clearing out trash and returning furniture to their original locations
- Ensure the cleanliness of location at all times
- Report any defects or damages promptly
- Ad-hoc events may last until 10pm on (dates are made known prior)
- Standardisation of data conventions
- Verification of particulars updates
- Remove duplicates
- Enter updates from Excel into database system
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as you will ideally have:
- Conversant in English.
- Friendly and cheerful disposition, yet firm and confident in maintaining order.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Savvy with CRM systems. Experience with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge or BBCRM is an advantage.
- Meticulous, with an eye for details.
