Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll processes and ensure timely payment to all employees.
- Oversee recruitment projects, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain and organize employee records, including contracts, performance reviews, and personal documents.
- Administer employee insurance programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Address employee inquiries and assist in resolving HR-related issues.
Office Management Responsibilities:
- Handle monthly vendor and rental payments, ensuring timely transactions and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Manage pantry replenishment, including inventory tracking and ordering necessary supplies.
- Maintain an orderly and well-stocked office environment by overseeing the procurement of office supplies and equipment.
- Liaise with external vendors regarding office-related matters such as repairs, maintenance, and services.
- Support the general administrative functions of the office and assist other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Local and fluency in English and Mnadarin preferred.
- Proven experience in HR management and office administration.
- Strong understanding of payroll procedures and work pass policies
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software.
