SG EPAY is a Singapore-based FinTech company licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). We offer digital payment and acquiring services to merchants across the region, with a focus on innovation, compliance, and exceptional service.

We are now looking for a professional and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our General Manager in day-to-day operations and business coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily administrative support to the General Manager
  • Manage schedules, appointments, travel arrangements, and meetings
  • Take meeting notes and follow up on key action items
  • Coordinate with payment acquirers, technical teams, and compliance teams
  • Assist in merchant onboarding processes and documentation follow-up
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company matters
  • Organize business files, reports, and communications
✅ Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or related fields
  • 2–3 years of experience in a PA / Executive Assistant / Business Operations support role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Strong command of both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese-speaking partners and clients)
  • Self-motivated, professional, and able to handle sensitive tasks with discretion
  • Candidates with prior experience in FinTech or payment industry will be preferred
  • Open to foreign applicants (Employment Pass sponsorship available)
