SG EPAY is a Singapore-based FinTech company licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). We offer digital payment and acquiring services to merchants across the region, with a focus on innovation, compliance, and exceptional service.
We are now looking for a professional and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our General Manager in day-to-day operations and business coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily administrative support to the General Manager
- Manage schedules, appointments, travel arrangements, and meetings
- Take meeting notes and follow up on key action items
- Coordinate with payment acquirers, technical teams, and compliance teams
- Assist in merchant onboarding processes and documentation follow-up
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company matters
- Organize business files, reports, and communications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or related fields
- 2–3 years of experience in a PA / Executive Assistant / Business Operations support role
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong command of both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese-speaking partners and clients)
- Self-motivated, professional, and able to handle sensitive tasks with discretion
- Candidates with prior experience in FinTech or payment industry will be preferred
- Open to foreign applicants (Employment Pass sponsorship available)
