About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Personal Assistant and Team Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at Quest Holdings Management Pte Ltd. This full-time role will be based in our offices in Maritime Square, Central Region.

In this pivotal position, you will provide high-level administrative support to our executive leadership team, ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage the calendars and schedules , coordinating meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Provide efficient and proactive administrative support, including preparing reports, presentations and other documentation
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and correspondence with professionalism and discretion
  • Assist with event planning and organisation, ensuring seamless logistics and coordination
  • Support the wider team with general office duties and tasks as required
What we're looking for
  • Significant experience as a Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally within a fast-paced, corporate environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with people at all levels
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
