Job Description:

• Manage and monitor all Halal requirements and certification-related matters
• Update Halal status in the master list
• Maintain Halal files and records of all related documents
• Attend to internal and external Halal-related queries
• Handle other related duties as required

• Ensure daily updates of all production documents and records

• Prepare production labels, sample stickers, and paper bags

• Receive deliveries of goods
• Monitor, maintain, and order office and production supplies and inventories
• Refill production forms for daily use
• Update production staff attendance records
• Prepare beverages for production workers, management, and visitors
• Order staff lunch and fruits
• Decorate the office for festive occasions
• Greet and assist visitors
• Provide support to Quality, Production, and Management teams as assigned

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar or relevant role, including handling MUIS Halal food certification
• Minimum qualification: NITEC
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
