Student Outreach Executives / 6 months contract / Education Sector - Bukit Batok

Duration: 6 months contract (extendable / convertible)

Resposibilities:

• Provide administrative support for examination matters including supporting the Board of Examiners meeting, examination timetabling and post examination analysis
• Provide administrative support for the Overseas Exchange Programme such as pre-departure administrative matters, course mapping, post exchange credit transfer and professional attachment matters
• Provide support to improve student engagement, student care and communications and oversee student outreach activities
• Develop a digital media strategy for the programme and provide support for student and alumni engagement activities, outreach events and publicity matters
• Provide administrative support for annual admissions exercise and accreditation exercise

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline
• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience preferably in a tertiary institution
• Prior experience in programme management and operations in an institute of higher learning would be an advantage
• Good knowledge of IT skills in Microsoft Office suite applications
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in interacting with students
• Strong in contents management and marketing for social media and website
• Good organisational skills and able to attend to details
