This is a full-time HR Administrative and Procurement position based in the Bukit Batok West region, with JYG Construction Pte Ltd. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Management team and assisting with various HR processes and procedures.
In addition, you will support the site team by managing procurement-related tasks.
What you will be doing:
- Overseeing day-to-day office operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently
- Maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Managing office correspondence, including emails, phone calls
- Organizing and filing physical and digital documents
- Performing miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed
- Helping to coordinate and organize HR-related events and training programmes
- Maintaining and updating HR databases and documents
- Responsible for the full process of application, renewal and cancellation of Work Permit, for foreign workers
- Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by senior management as needed
- Provide procurement support for the project teams
- Administrative or HR support role experience in Singapore
- Relevant experience 1-3 years.
- Written and spoken fluency in English & Mandarin (in order to liaise with English & Mandarin speaking associates and clients).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to start work immediately preferred.
- Preference will be given to those who are available to start immediately
