Accounts duties
- Accurate processing of supplier invoices and payments including staffs’ claims and reimbursement. This includes verifying invoice details, obtaining necessary approvals, reconciling statements and ensuring adherence to payment terms.
- Responsible for managing and maintaining a complete set of financial records, including the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, petty cash and financial statements.
- Prepare and processes all payments to supplier including online banking payment, GIRO, telegraphic transfers and cheque payments upon payment approval and assures all invoices are book accordingly.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Manage Goods and Service Tax (GST) compliance, including registration.
- Assists in yearly audit.
- Process monthly payroll, CPF payments & submission of IR8A.
- Prepares all month end financial reports whenever required.
- Performs monthly bank reconciliation.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.
- Assist Directors’ ad hoc requirements and required report.
- Organize and maintain company physical and digital filing systems and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
- Handles general office administration tasks such as record keeping, correspondences and procurement of office supplies.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action points.
- Liaise with clients, partners, and staff on behalf of the Director (if required)
- Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Manage Managing Director’s travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Any other admin duties & PA support as required by Managing Director.
