We're Hiring: Interior Designer cum Personal Assistant ?
  • KB-1, Kaki Bukit, Singapore 416087
  • Working Days : 5.5 days/week (Monday to Saturday)
  • Working Hours : Monday to Friday: 8.00am – 5.30pm; Saturday: 8.00am – 12.30pm
  • Salary: $3,200 – $4,500 (commensurate with experience)

Job Responsibilities:

Interior Design Duties
  • Prepare detailed design proposals, technical drawings, and 3D renderings.
  • Develop innovative, creative, and functional interior design concepts tailored to client needs.
  • Select and coordinate the procurement of quality furniture, fixtures, and finishes within budget.
  • Oversee project implementation to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, space requirements, and goals.
  • Maintain excellent communication with clients and provide regular project updates.
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations and industry standards.
  • Create construction drawings and project documentation using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Studio Max, V-Ray, Adobe Suite, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Personal Assistant Duties
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation.
  • Assist in client and supplier communications, maintaining strong working relationships.
  • Accompany Manager/Director to meetings, project sites, and business functions.
  • Support interior design activities such as design coordination, document prep, and liaising with project teams.
  • Run personal errands and assist in personal projects when needed.
  • Manage and track progress of internal tasks and business development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in interior design, especially in residential, retail, hotel, and commercial projects.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in interior design software (AutoCAD, 3D Max, V-Ray, Adobe Suite, SketchUp).
  • Good knowledge of design materials, color schemes, finishes, and construction methods.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized, proactive, with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel and Ms Project.
  • Willing to travel overseas when required.
  • Singaporean and Permanent Residents only.
  • Able to start work at short notice.
