Customer Service Executive

Job Scope
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipment inquiries, order status, and
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor and manage the end-to-end logistics process, including order entry, tracking, invoicing
- Ensure that customer orders are processed accurately and within the expected timeline.
- Work closely with warehouse, transportation, and 3PL to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Communicate with carriers and freight providers to resolve any issues related to shipments, such as
- Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping documents, invoices, and customs clearance papers as required.
- Generate regular reports on delivery performance, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
- Identify potential bottlenecks in the supply chain and propose corrective actions.
- Other ad-hoc duties as requested by Reporting Officer
- Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business Administration/Finance and above.
- Able to work 5.5 days work week.
- Mininum 2 years working experience in transport distribution or first/last mile delivery operations.
- Good PC skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Experience in CRM
- Familiar with Singapore traffic rules and regulations
- Candidates who can start work immediately or on short notice will have an added advantage.
