Position: Baker (R&D Position) (19425)
Working hours: Work 4 days and 1 day off
Job Description
➤Provide expert advice to bakeries on various aspects, such as improving production techniques, recipe development, and quality control of pastry products.➤Monitor and check the quality of buns at different outlets
➤Conduct training sessions for all bakers to ensure consistency of product quality
➤Create and propose new ideas, recipes, and designs of buns to enhance varieties of menus in sustaining the Company's sales target
➤Implement and improvise, and promote new/existing items
➤Stand-in to bakery production (Baker's duties) during emergencies and staffing shortages
Job Requirement
➤Experience in product development of breads bread factory or bakery➤Having knowledge and proficient in using food making devices like Mixers, Ovens.
