Salary Range: $6000 - $7500

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop bakery products that reflect the brand identity
• Conduct R&D for new recipes, seasonal and limited-edition items
• Standardize recipes and SOPs for consistent quality
• Collaborate with the founder and branding team to align visual appeal with customer expectations
• Stay updated with market trends and customer feedback

• Oversee daily kitchen operations from dough prep to final presentation
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation standards
• Plan production to meet sales demand while minimizing waste
• Supervise and support the baking team
• Enforce food hygiene and safety standards

• Train and onboard new baking staff
• Provide ongoing coaching and skills development
• Foster a positive, productive kitchen culture

Requirements:

• At least 5–8 years of relevant baking experience, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or head chef/head baker role.
• Required to lead product development and oversee full kitchen operations
• Experience in R&D and creating new bakery recipes
• Strong leadership skills with experience in training and managing a baking team
