About the Role

Ezynetic is looking for a driven, hands-on, and independent IT Support Officer based in Singapore to support our clients’ IT operations. This role involves end-to-end support across device setup, enterprise software deployment (including financial systems), and coordination with external vendors to ensure smooth IT project delivery.

You will take ownership of day-to-day IT operations across multiple environments, ensuring systems run reliably while providing timely and effective support to clients.

Key Responsibilities

IT Operations & Support
  • Ensure servers, systems, and endpoints are running smoothly, including monitoring performance, disk space, and security
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and Windows operating systems
  • Maintain IT devices inventory
  • Provide technical support via phone, remote access, or onsite troubleshooting
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently
  • Manage and support cloud-based tools such as Microsoft 365, Teams, and Team Viewer
User & System Management
  • Set up and manage user accounts, access rights, and profiles
  • Handle password resets and access-related issues
  • Support rollout and adoption of new applications and systems
  • Perform testing and QA for new features and applications
Service Delivery
  • Respond to support requests within agreed SLAs
  • Manage multiple support tickets and prioritize effectively
  • Follow through on issues until resolution or escalation to relevant vendors
  • Maintain clear documentation of issues, solutions, and system configurations
Vendor & Project Coordination
  • Liaise with external IT vendors to track deliverables and ensure timely execution
  • Assist in monitoring IT project progress and implementation quality
  • Support deployment of financial and enterprise systems
General IT Administration
  • Perform routine maintenance and system updates
  • Assist in IT documentation and process improvements
  • Support overall IT administrative and operational duties

Requirements

Core Qualifications
  • Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • Google Workspace
  • Windows Server environments
  • Microsoft Exchange (basic administration)
  • One Drive
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Good communication skills for both technical and non-technical users
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
Preferred / Good to Have
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant IT support experience
  • Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Basic development or scripting knowledge (e.g., C#, .NET)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server
  • Understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi)
  • Experience supporting cloud and hybrid environments
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, AZ-900, or similar)
