About the role

We are seeking Administrative Assistant to join our team at KRESTON DAVID YEUNG PAC'. This full-time role is based in the heart of Tanjong Pagar and will play a vital administrative support function to our growing accounting firm.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to Audit Department and coordinating with various departments.
  • Assisting with the preparation of client documents and reports.
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing general clerical support, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Collaborating with the team to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency
What we're looking for
  • At least 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
