About the role
We are seeking Administrative Assistant to join our team at KRESTON DAVID YEUNG PAC'. This full-time role is based in the heart of Tanjong Pagar and will play a vital administrative support function to our growing accounting firm.
What you'll be doing- Providing comprehensive administrative support to Audit Department and coordinating with various departments.
- Assisting with the preparation of client documents and reports.
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Providing general clerical support, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Collaborating with the team to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency
- At least 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
