Administrative and Customer Service Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Client Experience & Admin Associate to join our team. This role involves a mix of administrative support and customer service, working closely with both retail and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle general administrative tasks
• Support daily operations to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of orders
• Manage order tracking and internal coordination

• Respond to customer enquiries via email and WhatsApp
• Liaise with customers on orders, including corporate and retail clients
• Provide timely updates and ensure a smooth customer experience

• Assist bridal customers with enquiries
• Recommend suitable floral concepts and décor ideas
• Prepare and share proposal decks

• Follow up on leads and enquiries
• Coordinate with internal team on order fulfilment

• Prepare invoices and quotations
• Maintain proper records of orders and client communications

• Friendly, organised, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Comfortable handling customer enquiries via WhatsApp and email
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and willing to learn
