Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Advisor cum Accident Claims Advisor to manage customer enquiries, accident reporting, and insurance claims coordination. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with customers, insurance companies, workshops, and internal teams to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customer enquiries via phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and walk-in customers.
  • Provide accurate information and professional assistance regarding company products and services.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate customer service arrangements.
  • Build and maintain good customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with accident reporting and insurance claims procedures.
  • Advise customers on required claim documents and submission processes.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies, workshops, surveyors, and internal departments.
  • Monitor claim progress and provide regular updates to customers.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of accident reports and claim records.
  • Follow up on repair status, claim approvals, and related matters when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE “O” Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in customer service, the automotive industry, or accident claims handling will be an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of insurance claim procedures is preferred.
