Regulatory Officer Cum Customer Service

Symarom Asia Pte Ltd is a food manufacturing company. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Regulatory Officer Cum Customer Service to support our compliance activities and daily laboratory operations.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and quality management systems (e.g., ISO, HALAL, SFA etc.).
• Prepare, review, and maintain regulatory documentation, licenses, permits, and submissions.
• Assist with internal and external audits and support corrective actions.
• Conduct Customer Service on shipping document etc.
• Support implementation of safety, quality, and regulatory procedures within all the teams.

• Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Regulatory Affairs, or related field.
• Experience and familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., local regulatory authority, ISO, HALAL, SFA) preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
• Good communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Science or related field
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements is a plus
