Admin / Sales Support Executive

Job Overview
The company is looking for a proactive and organized Admin / Sales Support Executive to assist in daily operations and support sales initiatives. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who can handle administrative tasks efficiently while contributing to the sales process.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Duties
- Handle daily administrative tasks: data entry, filing, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Manage communications via phone and email with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Prepare business documents—reports, invoices, quotations, etc.
- Support scheduling for appointments and meetings, and assist HR and operations tasks as needed.
- Assist in engaging existing and potential customers regarding products and services.
- Follow up on leads and support client relationship management.
- Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and track sales performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive business growth.
- Minimum education: N/O Level or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in admin or sales support roles
