SALES & OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities- Support sales team to facilitate customer orders and ensure accurate, timely fulfilment.
- Coordinate with production to align requirements with customer demand.
- Oversee logistics and delivery planning to ensure prompt and reliable service.
- Handle customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and operational issues with professionalism and care.
- Maintain accurate records across orders, inventory, production, and logistics.
- Prepare regular sales and operational reports for management.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of sales, operations, and service delivery.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales support, operations, or supply chain management.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience in inventory management and procurement is an advantage.
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving ability.
- Capable of working independently while contributing as an active team player.
