What You Will Be Doing
  • General administrative duties
  • Franking and recording of mails, records management, E-filing, supervision of contractors
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly expense report
  • Inventory management
  • Contract administration
  • Assist with budget planning
  • Annual check of office assets and tagging exercise
  • Prepare purchase order, work closely with suppliers and internal users, follow up on invoices, process payments
  • Maintenance of equipment and office facilities
  • Cover reception duty as and when required
  • Take the lead on office administrative matters
  • Assist with office decoration
We’re Looking For Someone Who’s
  • Knowledge of office management system and procedures
  • Strong administrative experience
  • Able to multi task and good time management
  • Proactive, attention to details, high level of accuracy and problem-solving skill
  • Good writing and verbal communication skill
  • Strong organizational, analytical and planning skill
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Able to exercise discretion and sound judgment
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Exude corporate image at all times

This is a 1-year contract role with the potential to become permanent based on performance.
