About the role

  3. 5 days work week | 9am to 6pm

Join the team at Asia Success Management Pte. Ltd. as a Receptionist & Office Admin. This full-time role is based in the Central Region and will see you overseeing and managing office administration.

What you'll be doing
  • Managing office administration and facilities, including pantry supplies, stationery procurement, mail services etc.
  • Manage front desk and reception duties, including call handling, visitor coordination, paging, and meeting room control.
  • Liaising with external stakeholders for office upkeep and repair/maintenance schedules.
  • Overseeing office administration and event support.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative and office support duties as assigned.
What we're looking for
  1. Previous experience in a similar customer-facing receptionist or administrative role.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  3. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  4. Proficiency in using standard office equipment and software applications.
  5. Min GCE "O" levels and above.
  6. At least 1 year of customer service or receptionist experience.
  7. Proficiency in both English and Chinese language. Mandarin-speaking is a MUST to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  8. Singaporean & Permanent Resident only.
