Retail Sales Associate (TCM-related)
We are hiring Retail Associates for our HEC life+ store at Marina Bay Sands. Candidates with experience in wellness, supplements, or TCM retail are highly encouraged to apply.
HEC life+ is a premium health and wellness retail concept by HEC Group, specializing in high-quality products, including Ophiocordyceps sinensis (Cordyceps).
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about health and wellness, enjoy engaging with customers, and can represent our brand in a premium retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a premium retail experience
- Introduce and explain health and wellness products, including Cordyceps
- Provide professional product recommendations based on customer needs
- Support daily store operations including cashiering and POS transactions
- Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards
- Monitor inventory and assist with stock replenishment
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits
Requirements:
- Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in wellness, supplements, or TCM-related products
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to serve customers
- Interest or knowledge in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) or Cordyceps is highly preferred
- Positive attitude with strong customer service mindset
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays

工作职责：- 为顾客提供优质服务，打造高端零售体验
- 向顾客介绍和讲解健康养生产品，包括冬虫夏草
- 根据顾客需求提供专业产品建议
- 负责收银及POS系统操作
- 维护店铺整洁及产品陈列标准
- 协助库存管理及补货
- 与顾客建立良好关系，提高回头客比例
- 具备零售销售经验，有健康产品、保健品或中医相关行业经验者优先
- 良好的沟通能力及服务意识
- 能使用英语及中文沟通
- 对中医养生或冬虫夏草产品 有了解者优先考虑
- 工作态度积极，责任感强
- 能接受周末及公共假期轮班工作
