Job Responsibilities:
- Provides support to the Sales & Product teams. Works closely for a timely and accurate document processing.
- Facilitate in invoicing, issuing of credit note and document matching for retail channel customers.
- Attend to customer enquiries on orders, and/or product availability
- Print of customer invoices and scan of signed copies into system.
- Manage proper filing records.
- Ad-hoc admin duties.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O'/'N' levels.
- Meticulous in documentation & pays attention to details.
- Keen to learn and has positive work attitude, good team player.
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application and SAP operation
- No need to go out doing sales
