Responsibilities:

Client & Branding
Act as brand ambassador, deliver excellent client experience.
Represent brand image and promote collections with strong product knowledge & storytelling.
CRM
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Sales
Drive to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Operations
Adhere to operational processes (cash register, stock, visual merchandising).
Carry out other assigned duties.

Requirements:

Min. 1 year experience in fashion retail (ready-to-wear preferred).
Client-focused and passionate about fashion.
Energetic, positive, and approachable.
Sales-driven, target-oriented, able to work under pressure.
Basic MS Office skills.
More experienced candidates may be considered for Senior Sales Associate.
