  • Partner with internal HR teams for end-to-end delivery
  • Requirements
  • 8–12 years HR experience (HRBP / ER focus)
  • Team leadership experience preferred
  • Background in engineering / construction / manufacturing a plus
  • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws
