HR Business Partner - US MNC in Manufacturing Industry
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Location: Pioneer, West Singapore
  • Salary: $4,500 to $5,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Act as a trusted HR partner to business leaders, supporting workforce planning and talent management initiatives
  2. Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
  3. Oversee full employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, orientation, exit management, retirement, and re-employment
  4. Ensure compliance with employment regulations for both local and foreign hires, including documentation and medical checks where required
  5. Support training coordination and work with managers to identify learning and development needs
  6. Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and ensure all personal files and documentation are up to date
  7. Manage HR policies, employee handbook updates, and ensure proper system setup for new hires
  8. Prepare and compile HR reports including government/statutory submissions, headcount, overtime, leave, and other HR analytics
  9. Liaise with educational institutions to source and manage internship programs, including onboarding and performance tracking
  10. Support employee engagement initiatives such as company events, town halls, and internal programs
  11. Assist in ad-hoc HR projects to enhance employee experience and organisational culture
Senior HR Executive - MNC in Manufacturing of Electrical Distribution Systems
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:15 AM – 5:15 PM
  • Location: Senoko, North Singapore
  • Salary: $4,000 to $5,000 + Variable Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive recruitment for traineeship programmes, working closely with departments to plan training schedules, monitor trainee progress, and provide regular updates to management
  • Coordinate onboarding activities including orientation, and manage employee lifecycle processes such as probation reviews, confirmations, performance appraisals, and offboarding
  • Liaise with relevant authorities (e.g. MOM, CPF Board, IRAS) and external partners on HR-related matters
  • Support and lead HR initiatives including employee engagement activities and wellness programmes
  • Partner with management to provide HR advisory on policies, people strategies, and organisational matters
  • Review and enhance existing HR policies, benefits, and procedures to ensure effectiveness and alignment with business needs
  • Develop and implement HR frameworks across areas such as recruitment, retention, performance management, compensation & benefits, and learning & development
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with local employment legislation and stay updated with regulatory changes
  • Support implementation and governance of HR policies across local and regional entities
  • Prepare and consolidate HR reports and data for submission to headquarters
  • Participate in new HR initiatives and projects as assigned
