Sales Engineer (Oil & Gas) | Up till $7000 basic + Car Allowance + VB + AWS

• Up till $7000 basic + Car Allowance (To be discussed during interview) + Variable Bonus + AWS
• Working location: Tuas South (Company transport provided)
• Working Days/Timing: 8am to 5pm
• 50% Hunter/ 50% Farmer

• Understand company products and interpret customer specifications to provide accurate technical guidance and solutions
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company goals and achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain strong, outcome-focused relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and incorporate feedback to improve service and product offerings
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by developing, negotiating, and closing deals with new customers
• Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate favorable terms including pricing and delivery schedules
• Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders
• Conduct sales visits and develop new accounts using targeted strategies to increase market share
• Organize and participate in industry events such as seminars, trade shows, and sales presentations to promote products
• Perform market research to analyze industry trends, emerging technologies, competitor strengths and weaknesses, and customer needs
• Travel up to 70% within assigned territories to engage customers and support sales activities

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering
• 10 years of sales or engineering experience in Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Precision Engineering industries.
• Candidates with their own vehicle will have an advantage due to the travel requirements of the role.
• Familiarity with Pumps, Compressors, Downhole Equipment, Wellhead Equipment, and Valve seal and wear components
